Orders and Payments

Q: What types of Payments does Sabai accept?

We accept all major credit cards,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards PayPal, and Interacct

 

Q: Can I modify my recently placed order?

Unfortunately, once you place an order, it can not be modified. However, if you wish to  change your address, you can contact us at contact@sabaiessentials.com

Q: Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact our customer service contact@sabaiessentials.com within the first 24 hours. We cannot cancel your order once it has been processed. Please refer to Return Policy if you wish to return your items

 

Q: How can I find the status of my order?

You may find the status of your order and view your order history on the “My Orders” section in your account

 

Q: Do you provide gift receipts?

We put a packing slip for every order we ship so it will not show the price of the items you purchase. You will only receive a regular receipt via email

 

Q: What can I do if I forgot to add my promotional code?

Please contact our Sabai customer service contact@sabaiessentials.com within the first 24 hours after you place your order

 

Q: Do you provide gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping service at the moment

 

 

Shippings & Trackings

Q: Does Sabai offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping of the minimum orders of $59 across Canada

 

Q: What types of shipping Sabai offers?

We only offer standard shipping at the moment

 

Q: Does Sabai Ship to P.O. Box?

We do not offer P.O. Box shipping to make sure that all orders are safely delivered to your door

 

Q: When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days but please note that it may take longer for your order to ship during promotion periods or holidays. We do not ship on Weekends and holidays. If you place your order on Thursday or Friday your order will be shipped in the following week. 

 

Q: How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. It may take at least 24 hours before your tracking detail shows up. 

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only in Canada & USA. Please note that the shipping cost will vary

 

Q: What carriers does Sabai use?

We ship with Canada post

 

Q: Where are the orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Sabai Essentials  warehouse in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

 

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email Sabai customer service contact@sabaiessentials.com along with the picture of your package immediately and we will be more than happy to accommodate this issue for you

 

Q: What if my order shows delivered but I did not receive it?

We ask you to contact Canada Post directly and provide them with tracking numbers

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?

Purchases made on our sabaiessentials.com may be eligible for return within 30 days and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Email confirmation issued by sabaiessentials.com after you place an order serves as a receipt. Please contact Sabai customer service contact@sabaiessentials.com to start your return. Sabai Essentials will not be responsible for any shipping costs for return orders except for when your order arrives damaged.

 

Purchases made on our website may also be physically returned at our Sabai Thai Spa with a proof of purchase. Email confirmation for your order is served as an original receipt. Sabai Thai Spa locations can be found in Spa Locator.

 

Purchases made at our Sabai Thai Spa may be eligible for return within 30 days and must be accompanied by an original receipt. Please visit one of our Sabai Thai Spa locations to return your purchase.

We do not  accept partial returns. Items purchased in a set must be returned in a complete set. 

All items you wish to return must be unopened and unused

 

Q: Can I return my order that arrives damaged?

If your items arrive damaged, please email Sabai customer service contact@sabaiessentials.com. Please provide your order number, email address and phone number to help us assist you. Please allow 1-2 days for inspection when your package is received at Sabai Essentials warehouse. We will provide a shipping label in case the products arrive damaged

 

Q: Can I exchange my order?

All exchanges must be the same or greater value of the original purchase made. The exchange must be done within the first 30 days of receipt and the products must be unopened and unused. Sabai Essentials will not be responsible for shipping and handling charges. Once the item has been received, we will then proceed to ship out the exchanged item

 

Q: How can I get my refund and how long does it take?

All returns will be refunded through the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed, it could take up to 3 weeks for your refund to be reflected in your bank account or credit card. We ask you to hold on to your return tracking information until you have received your refund

 

 

Promotions

Q: How do I know when you are having a promotion?

You can check our promotions at the Offer section. You can also subscribe to our mailing list where you will receive newsletter and promotional emails containing any special offers and promo codes. You will also receive a 10% discount on your first order when you subscribe

 

Q: How can I use promo codes?

Promo code can be applied at the cart page before checkout. Simply enter the code at the Promo Code section of your cart. The total price will automatically be adjusted. Only one promo code per order is accepted

 

Q: Do you have a referral friend program?

We currently do not offer a referral program but we are working on it!
