Do you accept returns?
Purchases made on our sabaiessentials.com may be eligible for return within 30 days and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Email confirmation issued by sabaiessentials.com after you place an order serves as a receipt. Please contact Sabai customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return. Sabai Essentials will not be responsible for any shipping costs for return orders except for when your order arrives damaged
Purchases made on our website may also be physically returned at our Sabai Thai Spa with a proof of purchase. Email confirmation for your order is served as an original receipt. Sabai Thai Spa locations can be found in Spa Locator
Purchases made at our Sabai Thai Spa may be eligible for return within 30 days and must be accompanied by an original receipt. Please visit one of our Sabai Thai Spa locations to return your purchase.
We do not accept partial returns. Items purchased in a set must be returned in a complete set
All items you wish to return must be unopened and unused
Can I return my order that arrives damaged?
If your items arrive damaged, please email Sabai customer service email@example.com. Please provide your order number, email address and phone number to help us assist you. Please allow 1-2 days for inspection when your package is received at Sabai Essentials warehouse. We will provide a shipping label in case the products arrive damaged
Can I exchange my order?
All exchanges must be the same or greater value of the original purchase made. The exchange must be done within the first 30 days of receipt and the products must be unopened and unused. Sabai Essentials will not be responsible for shipping and handling charges. Once the item has been received, we will then proceed to ship out the exchanged items
